A successful marketing program starts with One Big Idea

As a Marketing Communications manager and more so as Director of Corporate Communications for Cardinal Technologies and Truevision, I frequently found that the demands on my department exceeded the number of hands available at the time.

Now that I have hung out my shingle as a consultant, I want to put my experience to work for you. Let me have a few minutes of your time and we can look over some of the projects in my portfolio and you may find a way to get that important project off and rolling to a successful completion.

Highlights:

Trade Shows - twice selected by Exhibitor magazine for editorial coverage - called my 1995 Comdex exhibit for Cardinal Technologies “The best integrated marketing program”

Press Relations - working with my PR agency, we coordinated a product launch that ended up with five magazine covers, 15 editorial mentions, and 4 product reviews within 45 days of the product launch. My launch of the first sub-$200 ISDN Terminal Adapter was picked up by C-Net, Computer Chronicles, CBS Radio and USA Today within days of the introduction.

Collateral - In addition to the usual design and copywriting of datasheets, brochures, newsletters, I used my technical skills to a Channel Sales Guide to reduce the lead time from 30 days to 4 and lowered the cost by 90% by using the latest in digital printing technologies.

Advertising - the campaign that I and a major west coast agency created was selected as one of 1995’s Most Innovative by PC Magazine's “Abort, Retry, Fail” column.

Spending a lot of money on trade shows and don't know what the results are? My one day seminar will have you looking at show business in a whole new way.
